Using our DSP technology (Dynamic Stock Picker) we send you trading signals for selected assets with the exact buying and selling rates, as well as stop loss orders. In addition, get our proprietary market correlation ranking as well as forecasts for all global assets such as indices, stocks, CFDs,  Oil, Gold, Silver ETF's, and other commodities. We ask for your credit card information to prevent fraud. NextCandle.com users can enjoy a 7-day free trial on our PREMIUM plan by signing up for either a 3-month membership at $49 month or a 6-month membership at $33 a month. This trial membership can easily be cancelled at any time during this 7-day period by sending us a cancellation request to accounts@nextcandle.com. If you do not cancel within the trial period, you will be automatically charged your subscription fee upon the end of your free trial period and will continue to enjoy the benefits of our PREMIUM plan. If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged.

 

What is NextCandle.com Daily Review?

The Daily Review is your starting point on NextCandle.com. On one page, you get daily forecasts for global assets, as well as and our market review of the previous trading session written by our seasoned analysts, in which we perform a daily analysis of the market, including highlights of all the current events affecting the financial world. Why do you collect my personal details?

We try to personalize the information to our users as much as possible to achieve the best results for them. We can't send you alerts if we don't know how to contact you! We also perform data analysis and chart trends internally about site usage so that we can continue to improve our services for you.

How do I change my account information?

Why are my email updates and alerts not arriving?

There may be a problem with delivery, such as invalid or inactive email addresses or message filtering:

  - Email addresses, Email accounts.

  - Notices are sent to the email address you used to sign up for your NextCandle.com account.

  - Ensure that the email address you use is an address that will accept your notices by checking their policies.

  - If you use a free email account and it hasn't been used in a while, note that some email services (i.e. Hotmail) will close the account if the account is not used for certain period.

  - Is your Inbox full? Some servers will not accept email messages if a mailbox is full and out of storage space.

 Spam filters, Message rules, and Antivirus programs:

  - Review and ensure your message rules are not inadvertently deleting your reminder notices.

  - Ensure that your message rules are not inadvertently delivering the notices in a 'special' folder.

  - If your provider uses spam filters, they would need to include Nextcandle.com on their whitelist.

  - Firewalls may also be a factor (Service providers have the discretion to accept or not accept email messages for delivery).
