Our NextCandle.com Dynamic Asset Analyzer works behind the scenes, evaluating thousands of inputs that create an easy to understand forecast. This process is later used as the basis for our trading signals. The beauty of the process is our ability to layer a complex algorithm onto a vast number of inputs, creating a simple process that generates actionable and profitable forecasts and trading signals.
The inputs into our Dynamic Asset Analyzer include multiple data points that focus on several years of stock prices. Our algorithm has the features of a neural network incorporating a self-learning mechanism, which examines the behavior of millions of stock prices and their movement over many years. During the back-testing process, the analytic process incorporates the behavioral characteristics of historical price action. The artificial intelligence-like feature allows our algorithm to study price relationships and fine tune forecasting of future price movements.
Our DAA initially uses back-testing, a specific type of historical testing that determines the performance of the strategy had it actually been employed during past periods and market conditions. The back-tested results allow our algorithm to understand the vulnerabilities of a specific strategy through a simulated encounter with real-world conditions of the past.
